This project is located at Pantai Kundor near Pantai Puteri, Melaka. So far the progress of the project is going very well. The contractor, Edi is a very nice man. He manage the site and his workers very well. I am so thankful that I met him and later picked him to run this project. Other than he offerred a very reasonable price, I have a piece of mind too. There is very less or maybe no hassle in getting things done. Runs smoothly as planned, this is one of our top priority before we get started with the project. We are living in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka is located 200 km south and it will be very tiring and costly just to travel down on every weekends.
Our relatives who live near to our new house-to-build are also very supportive for this project. They will help and look after the contractor's needs when we are not there. This makes things even easier. Thank you all for your help and kindness.
The followings are sketches of our house which we plan to build. The built-up is only about 870 square feet. A simple house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, kitchen, dining, living hall, a store room and a verandah.
